About the Role

To be employed in this role, you must be over 18 years old.

As a Section Leader, you'll be the first point of contact for your team. Your responsibilities include training colleagues, communicating messages during team huddles, and ensuring cleaning standards are maintained. You'll also plan overtime and holidays to ensure colleagues are in the right place at the right time.

We will support your training across different areas and help you develop your skills, providing opportunities for growth in retail leadership.
