About the Role

To be employed in this role, you must be over the age of 18.

Our operation runs 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, with a variety of shift patterns. If you're looking for flexible working to fit around your lifestyle, then this role offers that opportunity. Late and weekend working are requirements, and we may need to be flexible with your work pattern.

As a Section Leader, you'll be the first point of contact for your team. You'll assist with training colleagues, communicate messages in team ‘huddles', and ensure colleagues are available to maintain product availability and meet customer expectations through careful planning of overtime and holidays.

We will support your training in different areas and your ongoing skill development. If you're looking to grow in retail, this could be the right role for you!

You should be naturally friendly, eager to learn, and proactive in working with your team to deliver excellent results.
