Job summary

Mount Charles Group is recruiting a Cleaning Operative based at Northern Regional College, Magherafelt, to deliver high-quality cleaning across offices and amenity areas in line with client specifications.

The role requires exceptional customer service, keen attention to detail and physical fitness. NVQ/SVQ Level 1 in Cleaning Interiors is advantageous. The position is 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 08:00–13:00, with an enhanced Access NI check. Short-listed applicants only.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Must be physically fit to carry out manual duties.
• Basic statutory training to understand safety and work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest level of cleaning service within your area of responsibility in line with client specifications.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer requirements.
• Carry out cleaning across offices, meeting rooms, toilets/showers, laboratories and amenity areas site wide.
• Ensure stocks are replenished and equipment is kept clean and in good condition.
