Mount Charles Group is recruiting a Cleaning Operative for Radius Housing, Kerrington Court – Belfast. The role covers 12.5 hours per week, typically 2.5 hours daily from Monday to Friday, with flexibility within 8:30am–5:00pm.

The position offers pro rata holidays, a pension scheme and training opportunities. The successful candidate will clean all areas to standard, use cleaning chemicals safely under COSHH, and follow safety signage guidelines.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow COSHH guidelines and use cleaning chemicals safely.
• Comfort with operating cleaning equipment after training.
• Attention to detail to meet required cleaning standards.

Responsibilities

• Clean all assigned areas efficiently and to required standards.
• Use cleaning chemicals safely and follow COSHH guidance.
• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment; report faults to manager.
• Place and remove safety signage as needed and warn customers where possible.
