The Mount Charles Group is recruiting a Cleaning Supervisor for a role based at Radius Kinnaird Court, Belfast. You will lead a team of cleaners to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety, with a focus on COSHH compliance and timely task execution.

This part-time position (15 hours per week, Mon–Fri, 9am–12pm) offers opportunities for progression within a world-leading facilities management company while benefiting from a pension, training and development, and employee wellbeing

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Attention to detail in all aspects of the work.

• Basic reading, writing, speaking and listening skills to understand safety and work instructions.

Responsabilités

• Along with your team of cleaners, you will ensure all areas are cleaned efficiently and in a timely manner to the required standards.
• Use cleaning chemicals safely as detailed by COSHH guidelines.
• Ensure full working knowledge of cleaning equipment, materials and agents and use equipment after correct training.
• Report immediately any equipment which is faulty, mark as faulty and do not use.
• Ensure safety signage is used at all times and warn customers where possible.
• Keep cleaning stores clean and tidy and store equipment safely.
