Job summary

Mount Charles Group is looking for a Cleaning Operative to join our team at Lisburn Leisureplex. You will ensure all areas are cleaned to required standards, using chemicals safely and maintaining equipment after training.

The role is 24 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with 8-hour shifts between 7am and 8pm. We offer training, career progression, and a supportive working environment.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Flexible with a positive, can-do attitude and good time management.
• Attention to detail in cleaning tasks and safety.
• Basic reading/writing/speaking/listening skills for safety instructions.

Responsibilities

• Clean all areas efficiently to required standards, including weekly tasks.
• Use cleaning chemicals safely and follow COSHH guidelines.
• Operate cleaning equipment after training and report faults immediately.
• Ensure safety signage is used and stores are tidy and secure.
