Job summary

Intelligent Workplace Solutions Ltd. is seeking a dedicated cleaner to maintain hygiene across offices, toilets, kitchens and common areas at our Wolverhampton site. The role requires daily cleaning to high standards and strict adherence to COSHH and safety procedures.

You will use approved cleaning materials, report stock levels to the Account Manager, and ensure equipment is in good working order. A proactive, reliable, and confidential approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning or facilities support.
• Must provide proof of ID.

Responsibilities

Job description

To clean Offices, toilets, Kitchens and Common Areas

To ensure that a high level of cleanliness is maintained throughout the premises daily.

Expected to clean to the frequency and standards set out in the site specification.

To ensure standards and procedures are adhered to.

To use cleaning materials appropriately, as instructed and economically; to inform Account Manager when stocks are low.

To ensure that tools and equipment are in good working order, reporting any faults to Account Manager.

Empty and clean bins and remove waste to designated area, including the separation of waste, i.e., recycling.

You are required to use only approved cleaning materials and in accordance with manufacturers printed instructions and COSHH regulations.

To be aware of their responsibilities for Health & Safety of themselves and others.
