Intelligent Workplace Solutions Ltd. is seeking a dedicated cleaner for afternoon shifts at a Newbury site. The role requires cleaning offices, toilets, kitchens and common areas to high standards on a daily basis, with attention to site specifications and safety rules.

You will use approved products, report stock and equipment issues, and maintain confidentiality where required. The position suits someone punctual, trustworthy and willing to undertake training.

Responsabilidades

• Clean offices, toilets, kitchens and common areas
• Maintain high cleanliness standards daily across premises
• Follow site specifications for cleaning frequency and standards
• Adhere to all standards, procedures and COSHH regulations
• Use approved cleaning materials and report stock shortages to Account Manager
• Ensure tools and equipment are in good working order and report faults
• Empty and sort waste, including recycling, to designated areas
• Operate only with approved products per manufacturers' instructions and COSHH regulations
• Demonstrate health and safety awareness for self and others
• Be flexible with duties as required by operations
• Take pride in a job well done and maintain high hygiene standards
• Be punctual, reliable and trustworthy
• Commit to training and maintain confidentiality wherever required
• Manage time effectively and work with initiative and minimal supervision
• All tasks may be reassigned as needed by Operations Manager or Director to meet business needs

Monday to Friday , 3.30pm to 7.30pm or 5.30pm to 7.30pm

FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES

• To clean Offices, toilets, Kitchens and Common Areas
• To ensure that a high level of cleanliness is maintained throughout the premises daily.
• Expected to clean to the frequency and standards set out in the site specification.
• To ensure standards and procedures are adhered to.
• To use cleaning materials appropriately, as instructed and economically; to inform Account Manager when stocks are low.
• To ensure that tools and equipment are in good working order, reporting any faults to Account Manager.
• Empty and clean bins and remove waste to designated area, including the separation of waste, i.e., recycling.
• You are required to use only approved cleaning materials and in accordance with manufacturers printed instructions and COSHH regulations.
• To be aware of their responsibilities for Health & Safety of themselves and others.
