Job summary

Intelligent Workplace Solutions Ltd. is seeking a reliable cleaning operative to maintain the cleanliness of offices, toilets, kitchens and common areas in Leeds.

You will follow site specifications, use approved cleaning materials, observe COSHH regulations, and report stock levels and faults to the Account Manager. The role requires flexibility to changing demands, punctuality, confidentiality, and the ability to work without supervision while also contributing as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning roles is preferred.
• Ability to follow site specifications and COSHH regulations.
• Good time management and reliability.

• Clean offices, toilets, kitchens and common areas daily.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Follow site specifications and safety procedures; report stock levels and faults.
• Use approved cleaning materials and equipment; ensure proper waste disposal.

Job description

Work Hours: Monday to Friday 18.00pm till 19.30pm

FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES

To clean Offices, toilets, Kitchens and Common Areas

To ensure that a high level of cleanliness is maintained throughout the premises daily.

Expected to clean to the frequency and standards set out in the site specification.

To ensure standards and procedures are adhered to.

To use cleaning materials appropriately, as instructed and economically; to inform Account Manager when stocks are low.

To ensure that tools and equipment are in good working order, reporting any faults to Account Manager.

Empty and clean bins and remove waste to designated area, including the separation of waste, i.e., recycling.

You are required to use only approved cleaning materials and in accordance with manufacturers printed instructions and COSHH regulations.

To be aware of their responsibilities for Health & Safety of themselves and others.
