Job Title: Cleaning Operative

We are looking to recruit a Cleaning Operative for a key contract in the Camberwell, Peckham areas, South London.

Please note: this is a zero hours contract.

Hourly rate: £13.85 per hour.

What are we looking for?

• Previous experience in a cleaning environment is essential.
• IT literate (use of tablet, smartphone apps).
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written (English).

Core Responsibilities - Cleaning Operative / Cleaner:

• Dust, damp wipe or wash walls, skirting boards, hand rails, ledges, window sills, radiators, lifts, doors, and frames.
• Sweep floors with brushes or dust control mops.
• Mop floors with wet or damp mops.
• Vacuum carpeted areas.
• Empty waste bins or similar receptacles, transporting waste material to designated collection points.
• Mix cleaning supplies in correct quantities for safe use.
• Replenish consumable items (e.g., soap, toilet rolls, paper towels) as per contractual requirements.
• Clean kitchens, toilets, urinals, hand basins, and sinks.
