Job description

Cleaner / Cleaning Operative / Changing Room Housekeeping Assistant who has an eye for detail with excellent customer service skills is required for a well-established and prestigious private members club based in South West London.

FULL TRAINING PROVIDED

SALARY: £12.70 per hour

BENEFITS: Uniform, Meals whilst on Duty, Free Parking, Ongoing Training and Development, Career pathway

LOCATION: South West London (SW15) – Candidates MUST live within a commutable distance to SW15

JOB TYPE: Part-Time, Permanent

WORKING HOURS: 16-24 hours per week. Shifts between 06:00 – 14:30 and 14:00 – 22:30 over a 7-day rota, including some weekends and bank holidays

Job Overview

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Cleaner / Cleaning Operative / Changing Rooms Housekeeping Assistant with an eye for detail and excellent customer service skills.

In this role, you will perform various duties within the facility, including maintaining cleanliness in the Changing Rooms and other communal areas, ensuring high standards of hygiene and presentation.

You will deliver excellent customer service to members and guests, maintaining professionalism and working well within a team to uphold the club's standards.

This position requires working shifts over 7 days, including bank holidays.

Key Duties

• Clean locker rooms and communal or sports areas to meet health and safety standards
• Ensure communal areas are maintained to high standards
• Perform laundry duties and assist with laundry collection and preparation
• Assist members and guests courteously and helpfully in the locker rooms
• Receive full training upon joining and ongoing development, with opportunities for career progression
