Sodexo is hiring a Cleaning Operative at Ysgol Aberconwy, Morfa Drive, Conwy, LL32 8ED. You’ll maintain a clean, safe, hygienic school environment and support the daily operation with attention to detail.

Working Monday to Friday, 3:00 pm–6:15 pm (16.25 hours/week) with a possibility to increase hours. Competitive hourly rate of £12.71, with the option to spread pay over the year. Join a community-focused team.

• Previous cleaning experience in a similar environment.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and follow instructions.

• Rate of Pay: £12.71 per hour

• Hours: 16.25 hours per week (with the opportunity to increase to 25+ hours if preferred)

• Working Pattern: Monday to Friday 3pm to 6.15 pm - 3.25 hours per day

**Equated pay (sometimes known as spread-over pay) is a method of paying you for your contracted hours, working weeks and holiday pay spread over 12 months instead of just receiving pay during the months that you work and none during the school closures/non-working weeks. This means that you get paid equal amounts of pay every month. Further information will be supplied at interview stage.**

What You’ll Do:

• Pay close attention to detail and complete the cleaning tasks on your scheduled list.

• Ensure the workplace's common areas, kitchens, and restrooms are spotless.

• Restock essentials and supplies, such as hand gels and toilet paper.

• Be a champion of health and safety practices.
