Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland seeks a Cleaning Manager to lead our cleaning team on-site. You will supervise all cleaning duties, manage rotas and holidays, and ensure audits and training are completed to a high standard.

The role involves supporting investigations into incidents and maintaining stock and budgets. The ideal candidate has prior managerial or supervisory experience in cleaning, strong customer service, and a track record of coordinating staff, training, and HR compliance while meeting

Qualifications

• Right to work in the UK is required.
• Experience as a Manager or Supervisor in cleaning or similar field is desirable.
• Experience in staffing, rotas, training and HR compliance is beneficial.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cleaning of floors, communal areas, washrooms and stairwells.
• Manage staff rotas, holiday requests and site audits; recruit as needed.
• Identify training needs and deliver on-site training where possible; maintain records.
• Handle investigations into accidents or disciplinary matters.
• Monitor cleaning products, stock levels and place orders within budget.
