Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a hands-on Cleaning Supervisor/Manager to oversee cleaning operations across sites in Bangor and surrounding areas. The role includes supervising staff, managing rotas, training on-site, and ensuring health and safety standards are met.

You will handle recruitments, site audits, stock control of cleaning products, and investigate incidents as required. The ideal candidate has experience in cleaning management, strong customer service, and flexibility to work early

Qualifications

Right to work in the UK is required.
Experience as a Manager or Supervisor in cleaning or a similar field is desirable.
Experience in staffing, rotas, training, and basic HR compliance.
Excellent customer service skills.
Able to work to deadlines and with flexible hours.

Responsibilities

Overseeing cleaning of floors, communal areas, stairwells and washrooms.
Managing staff rotas, holiday requests, site audits and recruiting where required.
Identify training needs on-site and conduct training with records.
Involvement in investigations such as accidents or disciplinary matters.
Monitor cleaning products, maintain stock levels and submit orders within budgets.
