We are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic Cleaning Manager to join our team and play a key role in driving excellence and innovation.

Responsibilities:
  1. Team Management & Service Delivery: Oversee the daily operations of the cleaning team, ensuring service delivery aligns with client contracts, legislation, and cleaning standards, while driving positive improvements in quality.
  2. Financial & Resource Management: Manage labor costs, budgets, stock control of cleaning materials, and seek operational efficiencies through technologies and innovations.
  3. Staff Development & Compliance: Recruit, train, and develop cleaning staff, ensuring all training, appraisals, and HR policies (including absence management and holiday tracking) are followed.
  4. Health, Safety, & Environmental Compliance: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies, fostering a culture of safety and sustainability.
  5. Client & Performance Monitoring: Prepare reports, attend meetings, and manage quality audits to meet or exceed contractual standards, maintaining positive client relationships.
Requirements:
  • Commitment to Excellence & Adaptability: Dedication to service quality and flexibility in changing environments.
  • Leadership & Resource Management: Proven experience managing teams and allocating resources effectively.
  • Health & Safety Knowledge: Strong understanding of health and safety regulations.
  • Industry Knowledge & Communication Skills: Deep understanding of the cleaning industry and excellent communication abilities.
  • Technical Skills & Qualifications: Computer literacy; desirable qualifications include IOSH Managing Safely, BICSc assessor, BIFM Qualification, or relevant apprenticeship.
