South West Norse in Norwich is seeking an Area Cleaning Supervisor to lead a cleaning team, coordinate contractors, and ensure service levels across allocated sites. You will work with the Area Manager to deliver high-quality cleaning operations and meet contractual targets.
The role requires supervisory experience in a cleaning environment, excellent communication, and a full UK driving licence. You will arrange staffing, training, and toolbox talks to maintain safety and quality standards.
Area Cleaning Supervisor – £14.29 Per hour, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
As the Area Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing supervisory support to manage the buildings allocated, external cleaning contracts and output specifications so that the quality and performance meet the operational targets set by the Area Manager. Establishing and maintaining first class individual working relationships with customers and staff. Day to day duties will include:
You will need to be able to demonstrate some commercial experience within a commercial cleaning environment, alongside some experience of supervising or leading staff, although this does not need to be within the industry.
