Job summary

Norse Group LTD in Norwich is seeking a Cleaning Site Supervisor for County Hall. The role is part-time, 20 hours per week, 16:00–20:00, and pays £13.05 per hour.

You will guide service delivery, ensure safety, supervise staff, and interact with clients. The successful candidate will have some commercial cleaning experience and supervisory background. We offer weekend overtime at enhanced rates, DBS paid after 6 months, 20 days leave, uniform, and training opportunities.

Cleaning Site Supervisor – County Hall

We have a successful partnership with County Hall and we are looking to recruit a Cleaning Site Supervisor on a part time basis, you'll be required to work 20 hours per week 16.00 -20.00.

£13.05 Per hour

The Role:

• Service levels are communicated and achieved
• Equipment and products are stored, maintained and replenished as required
• Attendance and time management is monitored
• Health and safety guidelines are observed onsite

Our Successful Candidate:

You will need to be able to demonstrate some commercial experience within a commercial cleaning environment, alongside some experience of supervising or leading staff, although this does not need to be within the industry.

Alongside this, you will;

• Be able to confidently engage with clients and members of the public
• Have good organisational skills, able to manage your own and others workload
• Have a good eye for detail, and be able to maintain high levels of customer service
