Job summary

West Hill Primary School is seeking a reliable cleaner to join the team. The role covers early mornings during term time, with additional hours during school holidays for deep cleans. You will work under supervision to keep classrooms, offices and washrooms clean and orderly.

The Governors of The Hednesford Hills Federation are offering the opportunity for an enthusiastic and committed individual to join our cleaning team at West Hill Primary School.

We are a very hardworking and committed team of professionals who work together to provide a welcoming, safe and “good” school.

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking cleaner who can commit to working 1.5 hours per day during term time – working between 6-8am, who can also support occasional additional hours to cover absences, and regular additional hours to perform deep cleans during school holidays.

What you may be doing:

• Working under the direction of the cleaning supervisor
• Cleaning designated areas, e.g. classrooms / offices / washrooms
• Mopping, sweeping, spray cleaning, damp wiping, vacuuming, as required
• Ensuring your area is clean and well kept
• Supporting colleagues in other areas where required
