Neath Port Talbot Council in Port Talbot is seeking a School Cleaner for Melin Junior School on a term-time contract. Hours are 12.25 per week, Monday-Thursday 3:30pm-6:00pm and Friday 3:30pm-5:45pm, at Melin Junior School, Neath. The role supports a safe, clean learning environment and includes induction and training; enhanced DBS is required. The council offers pension and wellbeing benefits.

Hours: 12.25 hours per week - 41 weeks per year - Term Time Working

Monday - Thursday 3:30 pm - 6:00pm

Friday 3:30pm - 5:45pm

Location of post: Melin Junior School, Mile End Row, Neath, SA11 2ED

We are currently looking for a School Cleaner to join Team NPT.

You’ll join our excellent cleaning team that was shortlisted for the Best Service Team category at the prestigious APSE Awards. The team is responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the school to ensure pupils are able to learn in a clean and safe environment.

Some experience is necessary for the role, but all successful candidates will undergo a full induction and training programme.
