Marvels Lane Primary School is seeking a part-time Cleaner to join our team. You will clean the school and maintain high hygiene standards to support health and safety for pupils, staff and visitors, helping create an environment conducive to effective learning.

The role is 7.5 hours per week, term-time with additional flexible hours in the holidays. DBS clearance is required in line with safeguarding procedures.

The role

To work as part of a team to clean the school and maintain standards of hygiene necessary for the health and safety of pupils, staff and visitors to the school. Maintain an environment that will encourage effective working and learning.

We follow strict and rigorous procedures for safeguarding and promoting the welfare of our children. Disclosure Barring Service (DBS) checks will be carried out before appointment.

Salary details and further information

Grade SC2N - Spine Point 3-4: £31,224 - £31,668 (pro rata £5,631 - £5,711) subject to inflationary increase

Hours

The Cleaner shall work 7.5 hours per week. Part time, all year round.

Required for 1.5 hours per day, each week during term time, plus flexible hours in the holidays.
