Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Cleaner in our healthcare division to provide routine planned and periodic cleaning for a Mitie customer. The role involves ensuring high standards of service delivery in accordance with SLA agreements and cleaning schedules.

The successful candidate will help uphold the hospital's reputation for high-quality soft services and look for opportunities to improve. Building positive relationships with customers, delivering excellent service, and adhering to all Mitie Quality, Safety, Health, and Environmental policies are essential.

You should be able to work independently when appropriate, be reliable, hardworking, and professional. Ability to follow schedules, work as part of a team, and strive for continuous improvement in service delivery are important qualities.

Experience in cleaning is preferred, but training will be provided. Knowledge of cleaning equipment, materials, and approved chemicals used by Mitie is desirable.
