Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Cleaner in our healthcare division to deliver excellent routine and periodic cleaning services for a Mitie customer. The candidate must ensure high standards of service delivery, meet SLA agreements, and adhere to cleaning schedules.

The role involves maintaining the hospital's reputation for high-quality soft services and seeking opportunities for further development. Building positive relationships with customers, delivering excellent service, and striving for continuous improvement are essential. All employees must comply with Mitie’s Quality, Safety, Health, and Environmental policies.

The candidate should be able to work independently when appropriate, be reliable, hardworking, and professional. Ability to follow schedules, work as part of a team, and aim for ongoing service enhancement are important. While cleaning experience is preferred, training will be provided. Knowledge of cleaning equipment, materials, and chemicals used by Mitie is required.
