Company Description

We are looking for a Room Attendant to join our TRIBE as we launched our first TRIBE Hotel into the London market in the Summer of 2022.

Conceived for a new type of traveller, it’s all about the mix. Unapologetic modern designed hotels that confidently mix n’ match mainstream style with bespoke eye catching and iconic pieces. We are looking for someone who’s curious, caring and conscious attitude will play a crucial part in curating the TRIBE experience, which is defined through its authenticity and obsession in making sure everything is as seamless and functional as possible to make life that bit easier.

Job Description

What you’ll do…

  1. Responsible for cleaning and servicing guest rooms to brand standards, ensuring they are well presented and maintained.
  2. Report maintenance defects in guest rooms and on guest floors through KnowCross.
  3. Ensure all guest rooms meet brand standards and quality audit standards.
  4. Clean and service public areas to brand standards and ensure they are well maintained.
  5. Report maintenance defects in public areas and back of house through KnowCross.
  6. Maintain exterior areas of the hotel, including guest entrances and loading bays.
  7. Oversee the delivery and collection of linen and terry daily.
  8. Stock linen and housekeeping supplies on guest floors and in stores, keeping storage areas clean and organized.
  9. Keep guest floors clean and well maintained.
  10. Assist with other housekeeping tasks as required.
  11. Adhere to Health and Safety standards and report breaches to the Head Housekeeper.
  12. Handle cleaning materials correctly, following COSHH regulations.
  13. Attend all required training sessions.
  14. Maintain a positive, friendly attitude and provide excellent customer care.
  15. Assist in cleaning public and back of house areas as needed.
