We're looking for an independent, lively, and attentive Office Cleaner to join our welcoming Central team at The Hangar. You'll be working on a zero-hour contract, with an average commitment of 9 hours per week.
Initially, the role will be Monday to Friday to cover maternity leave, before reducing to three days per week. The working hours are 5:00-8:00 p.m., with some flexibility around the hours, although the working days will be fixed once the role transitions to three days per week.
You’ll take real satisfaction in creating welcoming spaces, and be part of a supportive, dedicated team that values high standards and exceptional service, working together to make a positive difference behind the scenes.
Ideally, you'll have experience cleaning a large office building and be confident managing your workload effectively within a three-hour timeframe. You should also be comfortable working independently, particularly during the winter months when the location can feel quite isolated.
If you enjoy taking ownership of your work and thrive on flexibility, this role offers the opportunity to manage your responsibilities with autonomy while contributing to a workplace everyone can feel proud of.
Watergate Bay is a place for connection, for freedom, for everyone. Join the team and you’ll be working on the shoreline of the Atlantic, where the ocean and its draw is a daily inspiration.

Working at Watergate Bay Hotel isn’t just a job — it’s a chance to help create something that really matters. Now and for generations to come.
