Job summary

Horizon Leisure Centres is seeking a Weekend Cleaner in Waterlooville to join the operations team. You will maintain a first-class leisure facility, ensuring cleanliness across wet and dry areas, and support the Duty Management Team in delivering excellent customer experiences.

The role is based at Waterlooville with potential travel to other company sites as needed. Prior cleaning experience and COSHH/Health & Safety familiarity are desirable; training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in all areas.
• Clean and prepare wet side/dry side areas according to the cleaning schedule.
• Adhere to Health & Safety and COSHH regulations; safely operate cleaning machinery when required.
• Be prepared to take on extra cleaning duties as requested by the Duty Manager.

• Sunday: 10:30 - 19:00

Salary:

9,803.62 - 10,574.62

You will support the provision of a first-class leisure experience for all our customers, ensuring the facilities are kept to the highest standard of cleanliness.

Your Role

To assist the Duty Management Team in the provision of a first class leisure facility to all Horizon Leisure Centre customers.

Your Team

You’ll be working within our Operations Team and directly reporting to the Duty Manager.

Your Responsibilities

• Ensure a high standard of cleanliness is maintained in all areas.
• Clean and prepare both wet side/dry side areas in accordance with the current cleaning schedule.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and COSHH regulations. To safely use cleaning machinery when required.
• To be prepared to take on extra cleaning duties that are not on the cleaning schedule as and when required by the Duty Manager.

This role will be based at Waterlooville but will be expected to travel to other company site as the need requires.
