Job summary

Norse Group in Barnsley is seeking a reliable part-time Cleaner for Gateway Plaza. You will work 10 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 6:15am to 8:15am, to keep spaces clean and orderly.

Responsibilities include cleaning floors and rooms, restrooms, waste disposal, reporting defects, and upholding health and safety standards while building good relationships with on-site clients. Training offered.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning or caretaking experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of basic site health & safety is desirable.
• Excellent communication and ability to work on own initiative.

Responsibilities

• Clean floors and rooms including dusting, mopping, sweeping and vacuuming.
• Empty bins, clean restrooms and ensure sanitisers are full.
• Report defects or damages and maintain health & safety at all times.
• Build relationships with clients on site.

We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team on a part-time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who takes pride in maintaining clean and organized spaces,who values responsibility and enjoys working on their own initiative.

You’ll be working 10 hours per week,Monday to Friday 6:15am - 8:15am.

• Cleaning floors and rooms including dusting, mopping, sweeping, and vacuuming.
• Emptying bins, cleaning restrooms, and ensuring sanities stations are full.
• Building relationships with clients on site.
• Following health and safety at all times.
• Report any defects or damages.

Our Successful Candidate:

We will ideally be looking for you to demonstrate previous cleaning or caretaking experience in a previous role, alongside;

• Knowledge of basic site health & safety.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of building relationships with our clients on-site.
• Confident working independently to your own initiative.
• Good organisational skills, with attention to detail.
