Job summary

Norse Group LTD is recruiting a part-time Cleaner for Dereham, with a 5-hour weekly schedule (Monday to Friday 4pm–5pm). The role offers £12.71 per hour and requires basic cleaning duties, health and safety compliance, and client liaison on site.

The successful candidate will have cleaning experience, good communication skills, and the ability to work independently, with opportunities for DBS, training, and potential progression within the cleaning division.

Qualifications

• Previous commercial cleaning experience would be desirable.

Cleaner – Dereham Independence Matters

£12.71 per hour

Norse Cleaning Division work in partnership with a number of clients across East Anglia, providing a comprehensive range of professional cleaning services to local schools, public buildings, and communal areas.

We have a successful relationship with our clients in Dereham and we are looking to recruit a Cleaner on a part-time basis,Monday to Friday 4pm till 5pm.

The role

In this role you will be responsible for carrying out basic cleaning duties and ensuring high customer satisfaction is achieved. Alongside this you will;

• Cleaning and maintaining designated area's - mopping, hoovering, wiping down, emptying bins.
• Building relationships with the client on site.
• Carrying out routine checks and following health and safety at all times.
• Reporting any issues or defects on site.

Our Successful Candidate:

We will ideally be looking for you to demonstrate previous cleaning or caretaking experience in a previous role, alongside;

• Knowledge of basic site health & safety.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of building relationships with our clients on-site.
• Confident working independently to your own initiative.
• Previous commercial cleaning experience would be desirable.
