Job summary

Neath Port Talbot Council is seeking a School Cleaner to join the Central Juniors cleaning team in Port Talbot. The role is term-time with 7.75 hours per week and a 41-week year, delivering cleaning and hygiene across the site.

Hours: 7¾ hours per week - 41 weeks per year - Term Time Working

Monday - 3:30 pm – 5:15pm

Tuesday - Friday 3:30pm – 5:00pm

We are currently looking for a School Cleaner to join Team NPT.

You’ll join our excellent cleaning team that was shortlisted for the Best Service Team category at the prestigious APSE Awards. The team is responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the school to ensure pupils areable to learn in a clean and safe environment.

Some experience is necessary for the role, but all successful candidates will undergo a full induction and training programme.
