Neath Port Talbot Council is recruiting for a Catering Assistant at Cwmllynfell Primary School. The role is a temporary, term-time position (6.25 hours/week), Monday to Friday from 11.30am to 12.45pm.
You will help run the lunchtime service, keep the kitchen hygienic and perform related duties, with training provided in basic food hygiene. The post is subject to an Enhanced Disclosure and safeguarding checks.

You will be expected to assist in the smooth running of the lunchtime service and maintain hygienic conditions in the kitchen and undertake associated kitchen duties e.g.
You will work as part of a team and be able to work in accordance with agreed schedules, comply with Food and Health and Safety Regulations and work to a high standard.
There are no formal qualifications required for this post, however you will be required to undertake training of basic food hygiene and attend training courses relevant to this post.
This post is subject to an Enhanced Disclosure (Child’s) from the Disclosure and Barring Service.
