Job summary

The University of Brighton is inviting applications for three internal cleaners at Falmer Campus. Each role is 15 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 06:00 to 09:00, with the aim of keeping a clean, welcoming environment for staff and students.

Ideal candidates will work alone or in a small team, can use standard cleaning equipment, and follow Health and Safety guidance. The university offers a generous annual leave package and an attractive pension scheme.

The University of Brighton is looking to recruit 3 cleaners for our Falmer Campus

Our Cleaners work flexibly as part of a small, friendly team and play a key role in ensuring a pleasant environment for staff and students. We currently have the following vacancies available:

15 hours per week, Monday to Friday 0600 to 0900

To excel in this role, you will need:

• To possess an ability to work alone or as a member of a team
• The ability to use standard cleaning equipment and possess an understanding of the importance of following Health and Safety instructions/guidance
• The ability to physically move, use and lift cleaning equipment and materials on a regular basis

You will be required to wear protective clothing/uniform in line with our uniform policy, details of which will be discussed at interview. In return, the university offers a generous annual leave package, including time off over Christmas, and an attractive pension scheme.
