Job summary

Bridgend College is seeking a part-time Cleaner to perform routine cleaning across our campuses. The role runs at two sites (Bridgend and Pencoed) with early morning shifts and a fixed-term end date of 31 August 2027.

You will clean to a high standard, apply cleaning processes and materials knowledge, and work with minimal supervision. The post emphasises flexibility, teamwork, and proactive work planning.

Salary: £25,948 pro rata per annum - £13.45 per hour

15 Hours Per Week, Monday - Friday

1 x Bridgend Campus (5:00am - 8:00am)

2 x Pencoed Campus (5:30am - 8:30am)

Fixed Term - 31st August 2027

You will undertake routine cleaning operations ensuring that the College is cleaned to a high standard throughout your assigned area. With knowledge of cleaning processes and materials you will have a good standard of education and be able to work with minimum supervision. A flexible team player, you must be able to plan your work effectively.
