Job summary

South West Norse is recruiting for a Cleaner to join our established team at NHS East Reach House on a permanent, part-time basis. The role involves carrying out day to day routine and ad-hoc cleaning services, delivering high standards of customer service to clients across the facility, and maintaining hygiene in communal areas in line with policies.

The successful candidate will work 12.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 5pm-7:30pm, with enhanced DBS required and benefits from day one,

• Carry out day to day routine and ad-hoc cleaning services as defined by the Cleaning Supervisor.
• Deliver high standard of customer service to clients across the facility.
• Maintain hygiene levels across all communal areas and follow Client and Norse Policies and Procedures.

Job description

Working both independently and within a close team, you will be responsible for carrying out day to day routine and ad-hoc cleaning services as defined by the Cleaning Supervisor, ensuring that the necessary standards are met and operating in line with Client and Norse Policies and Procedures. Whilst maintaining hygiene levels is an important part of site safety across all communal areas, this consumer facing role will require you to deliver high standard of customer service to the clients across the facility.

• £26,438.07 pro-rata (based on a 40 hour working week), equivalent to £12.71/hour
• 12.5 hours per week Monday to Friday, 5pm-7:30pm. South West Norse is a successful commercial service partnership between Norse Group and Devon County Council, delivering expertise across cleaning, catering and facilities management disciplines. We currently have a great opportunity for a Cleaner to join our established team at NHS East Reach House on a permanent, part-time basis.
