Job summary

Stockport Council is advertising a part-time Cleaner at Greave Primary School, Woodley, Stockport. The role involves daily cleaning tasks across the premises and reporting to the cleaning supervisor.

Working hours are 12.5 per week, over Monday to Friday 5-7.30am, on a permanent contract with a September start date. Training is provided; prior experience is helpful but not essential. Applicants will undergo pre-employment checks, including a DBS check.

We have a vacancy for a cleaner to assist the cleaning supervisor in keeping the school's premises clean and tidy on a daily basis. Duties will include cleaning, buffing, sweeping, vacuum cleaning and other general domestic cleaning duties. Previous experience will be an advantage, but not essential, as training will be given.

The successful applicant's appointment will be subject to satisfactory pre-employment clearances including a Disclosure and Barring Service check.
