Job summary

Kindred is seeking hardworking cleaners to join an educational facility in Mansfield. The role is based on-site with early morning shifts from 06:00 to 08:00, Monday to Friday, at Park Hall Rd, Mansfield Woodhouse.

Pay is £12.71 per hour with DBS check required. The successful candidate will perform general and specialist cleaning, ensure safety and COSHH compliance, and contribute to high cleanliness standards in a collaborative environment.

• Use of cleaning chemicals safely and COSHH compliance.
• Report maintenance issues and hazards promptly.

Kindred are looking for hardworking and reliable cleaners to be based in an educational building located in: Mansfield.

• Pay: £12.71 per hour.
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 06:00-08:00
• Location: Park Hall Rd, Mansfield Woodhouse, Mansfield NG19 8QA
• Requirements: Successful candidates will be required to undertake an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.

About The Role

Responsibilities:

General Cleaning Tasks:

• Dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors.
• Cleaning and sanitising surfaces, touchpoints, and furniture.
• Emptying bins and ensuring waste is disposed of correctly.
• Replenishing supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet rolls.

Specialist & Deep Cleaning:

• Carrying out periodic deep-cleaning tasks (e.g., carpet cleaning, polishing floors).
• Using appropriate cleaning materials for different surfaces to maintain standards and protect equipment.

Health, Safety & Compliance:

• Following health & safety regulations, including safe use of cleaning chemicals (COSHH).
• Reporting any maintenance issues, hazards, or damages promptly.
• Working independently to complete tasks on time with minimal supervision.
• Supporting colleagues as needed to ensure high overall cleanliness standards.
