Qualifications

• Previous cleaning supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise cleaning teams across two sites.
• Ensure tasks meet company and client standards.
• Conduct quality inspections and audits.
• Monitor attendance and timekeeping.
• Provide training and coaching to staff.
• Manage stock and order cleaning supplies.
• Complete paperwork and compliance records.
• Report maintenance and health & safety concerns.
• Act as main contact between client and team.
• Cover cleaning duties when required.

About the Role

We are looking for a reliable, organised, and motivated Dual Location Cleaning Supervisor to oversee cleaning operations across two locations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring high cleaning standards are maintained, supporting and managing cleaning teams, conducting audits, and liaising with site management.

Key Responsibilities
