Job summary

Potters Resorts Five Lakes is seeking a Resort Cleaner to join the busy Housekeeping team. You will keep public areas such as lounges, entertainment venues and receptions clean and well-presented to exceed guests’ expectations.

No formal qualifications are required, as training is provided. The role runs 4pm–12:30am, five days out of seven, with pay at £12.71/hr (over 21) or £10.85/hr (18-20). Join a supportive, award-winning team with opportunities to grow.

Job Description

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Here at Potters Resorts Five Lakes, we are looking for a Resort Cleaner to join our busy Housekeeping team, looking after our public area facilities.Duties include (but are not limited to):

• Ensuring that the entertainment venues, restaurants, bars, corridors, toilets, and reception are clean, well maintained and presented to the highest standards which continually exceeds our guests’ expectations
• A keen eye for detail and commitment to cleanliness
• Enthusiasm and energy to go the extra mile for our guests
• To work efficiently and to keep within time frames
• The ability to prioritise and organise your workload
• To follow the Resort cleaning processes and COSHH regulations at all times
• The ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding role
• Provide amazing customer service to all of our guests
• Support the Housekeeping Management team and your colleagues
• No experience required; with the right attitude and work ethic we can train on everything you need to know.

Hours

4pm - 12.30am. Working 5 days out of 7 to include weekends and bank holidays.

Pay

£12.71 per hour (over 21 years)

£10.85 per hour (18 - 20 years)
