JOB TITLE: Cleaner

LOCATION: LONDON ENERGY LTD, London, N18 3AG

PAY RATE: £13.15 per hour

SHIFT PATTERN: Monday - Saturday, 0600 - 1400, 48 hours per week

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Toclean and maintain the site as per the scope of work.
• To wear company uniform/PPE at all times whilst on shift.
• To ensure all cleaning duties meet our standards, delivering quality work that fully meets or exceeds client expectations.
• To conduct all work strictly following LondonEnergy and ABM’s Health and Safety procedures, demonstrating commitment to health and safety for oneself and others.
• To perform cleaning duties as directed by site management, supervisory team, and ABM contracts manager.
• To identify opportunities for improving working practices and contribute suggestions for continuous improvement.
• To support and assist colleagues proactively whenever possible.
• To undertake ad hoc duties as directed or operationally required.

Person Specification:

To provide exemplary cleaning services at LondonEnergy sites and ensure excellent customer service. Support colleagues to promote teamwork.

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Experience using motorised cleaning equipment.
