Job summary

Compass Group UK&I is seeking a part-time Cleaner to join our healthcare cleaning and facilities teams, contracted to 20 hours per week. The role supports delivering clean, safe environments for clients and customers in healthcare settings.

The shift pattern is 5 out of 7 days, with duties including cleaning, sanitising touchpoints, and restocking supplies. The ideal candidate demonstrates reliability, flexibility, and a hands-on approach to duties.

• Brilliant organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Enjoys a hands-on cleaning role.
• Experience in a similar cleaning role is welcome but not essential.
• Flexible approach to working patterns.

Responsibilities

• Work with cleaning and facilities teams to keep environments safe and hygienic for clients and customers.
• Dust, sweep, polish, mop, and vacuum designated areas to a high standard.
• Ensure surfaces, floors, windows and touchpoints are regularly sanitised.
• Perform additional cleaning duties as required, such as mopping spills promptly.
• Empty and dispose of bin waste.
• Monitor and restock cleaning supplies.

We're currently recruiting a part time Cleaner to join our cleaning and facilities teams for Healthcare, contracted to 20 hours per week. As one of our dedicated Cleaners, you will help to deliver on our promise to always create the best and brightest experiences for our clients and customers. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Working alongside our cleaning and facilities teams to keep environments safe and hygienic for every client and customer
• Dusting, sweeping, polishing, mopping, and vacuuming designated areas to a high standard
• Ensuring surface areas, floors, windows, and other touchpoints are sanitised regularly
• Performing additional cleaning duties as and when required, such as mopping up spillages quickly and efficiently
• Emptying and disposing of bin waste
• Monitoring and re-stocking cleaning supplies.

Our ideal Cleaner will:

• Have brilliant organisational skills and attention to detail
• Enjoy working in a hands-on role
• Have had cleaning experience in a similar role, although this is not essential
• Have a flexible approach to working
