Compass Group UK is hiring a full-time Cleaner to join our healthcare cleaning and facilities teams, contracted to 37.5 hours per week. You will help deliver high standards of cleanliness for clients and customers across NHS Trusts and private hospitals.

The role suits a committed cleaner who can work hands-on with flexible shift patterns (5 out of 7 days). Experience is not essential, but reliability and attention to detail are important. Full training provided.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in cleaning roles preferred but not essential.
• Must be reliable with a flexible approach.
• Able to work in healthcare environments.

Aufgaben

• Work with cleaning and facilities teams to keep environments safe and hygienic.
• Dusting, sweeping, polishing, mopping, and vacuuming designated areas to a high standard.
• Ensure surfaces, floors, windows and touchpoints are sanitised regularly.
• Perform additional cleaning duties as required, such as mopping spillages quickly.
• Empty and dispose of bin waste.
• Monitor and restock cleaning supplies.

We're currently recruiting a full time Cleaner to join our cleaning and facilities teams for Healthcare, contracted to 37.5 hours per week. As one of our dedicated Cleaners, you will help to deliver on our promise to always create the best and brightest experiences for our clients and customers. Here's an idea of what your shift patterns will be: 5 out of 7 days

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Working alongside our cleaning and facilities teams to keep environments safe and hygienic for every client and customer
• Dusting, sweeping, polishing, mopping, and vacuuming designated areas to a high standard
• Ensuring surface areas, floors, windows, and other touchpoints are sanitised regularly
• Performing additional cleaning duties as and when required, such as mopping up spillages quickly and efficiently
• Emptying and disposing of bin waste
• Monitoring and re-stocking cleaning supplies.

Our ideal Cleaner will:

• Have brilliant organisational skills and attention to detail
• Enjoy working in a hands-on role
• Have had cleaning experience in a similar role, although this is not essential
• Have a flexible approach to working
