Job summary

Compass Group UK is hiring a permanent casual Cleaner - Zero Hours to join our healthcare cleaning team, contracted to 0 hours per week. You’ll support a hygienic, safe environment across NHS trusts and private hospitals, with duties covering general cleaning and stock replenishment.

The ideal candidate is flexible, detail-oriented and ready to work in a hands-on role across clinical settings. Training will be provided to maintain high standards and compliance.

• Cleaning experience in a similar role is not essential.

Responsibilities

• Keep environments safe and hygienic for clients and customers.
• Dust, sweep, polish, mop and vacuum designated areas to a high standard.
• Ensure surfaces, floors, windows and touchpoints are sanitised regularly.
• Perform additional cleaning duties as required, including spill clean-ups.
• Empty and dispose of bin waste and restock cleaning supplies.

We're currently recruiting a permanent casual Cleaner - Zero Hours to join our cleaning and facilities teams for Healthcare, contracted to 0 hours per week. As one of our dedicated Cleaner - Zero Hourss, you will help to deliver on our promise to always create the best and brightest experiences for our clients and customers. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Working alongside our cleaning and facilities teams to keep environments safe and hygienic for every client and customer
• Dusting, sweeping, polishing, mopping, and vacuuming designated areas to a high standard
• Ensuring surface areas, floors, windows, and other touchpoints are sanitised regularly
• Performing additional cleaning duties as and when required, such as mopping up spillages quickly and efficiently
• Emptying and disposing of bin waste
• Monitoring and re-stocking cleaning supplies.

Our ideal Cleaner - Zero Hours will:

• Have brilliant organisational skills and attention to detail
• Enjoy working in a hands-on role
• Have had cleaning experience in a similar role, although this is not essential
• Have a flexible approach to working
