Job summary

Goldsmith Arms in Greater London is seeking a reliable Cleaner to maintain the pub’s facilities and carry out cleaning duties across all areas, indoors and outdoors. The goal is to keep the building clean, hygienic and welcoming for customers and staff.

You will perform dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, restroom cleaning, and assist with heavy cleansing tasks while following health and safety regulations and coordinating with the team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Cleaner.
• Able to operate cleaning equipment.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and MSDS.
• Physically fit to stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Clean all areas of the pub, internal and external areas.
• Dust, sweep, vacuum, mop, clean ceiling vents, restrooms.
• Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and additional areas where necessary
• Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
• Cooperate with the rest of the staff
• Follow all health and safety regulations
