Job summary

Priory Hospital East Midlands is recruiting a Cleaner for a permanent part-time role, 20 hours per week. Working hours are 9am to 1pm, five days across seven days, Mon-Sun. No prior experience needed; full training will be provided to join a team that keeps a clean, safe environment essential to patient care.

Description

Priory Hospital East Midlands is looking to recruit a Cleaner to join our team in a permanent part time role, 20 hours per week.

Working hours 9am-1pm, 5 days across 7 days, Mon-Sun.

You don’t need previous experience – just a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn. Priory Hospital East Midlands, located between Nottingham and Mansfield, is a 28-bedded specialist acute and psychiatric intensive care unit (PICU) service for adult females.

Priory’s acute and PICU services aim to allow more people to be treated closer to home and we support the NHS to repatriate out-of-area patients back to local areas.

What you’ll be doing

• Maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic environment across the site
• Following cleaning schedules and Priory standards
• Using cleaning equipment safely and effectively
• Reporting maintenance issues, damage, or hazards
• Working as part of a team to deliver a high-quality service
• Supporting colleagues where required
