Job summary

Priory Hospital Kneesworth is inviting applications for a Cleaner to join our site support team. This is a permanent full-time position with working hours from Monday to Friday, 6am to 2pm, at Kneesworth House in Royston, Hertfordshire.

We welcome applicants with a positive attitude and a good work ethic. Full training will be provided, and you will be supported to grow within a dedicated care environment that values safety and quality cleaning standards.

Qualifications

• Good standard of English, with basic numeracy and literacy skills.
• Previous cleaning experience is helpful but not essential – full training will be provided.
• Reliable with a strong work ethic.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic environment across the site.
• Following cleaning schedules and Priory standards.

Description

Priory Hospital Kneesworth is looking to recruit a Cleaner to join our team. This is a permanent full time role. Working hours are Monday to Friday 6am to 2pm.

Located in Royston, Hertfordshire, within a purpose‑built facility and spacious grounds, Priory Hospital Kneesworth House is a level 2 rehabilitation service, which provides a range of specialist recovery pathways, all at one site.

The hospital also provides acute and psychiatric intensive care, medium and low secure services, and bespoke therapeutic placements. Priory’s acute and PICU services aim to allow more people to be treated closer to home and we support the NHS to repatriate out‑of‑area patients back to local areas.
