Job summary

Shireland Collegiate Academy Trust is seeking a Cleaner to join Thorns Collegiate Academy. The role covers routine cleaning of premises and furnishings in all room types, including vacuuming, damp dusting, mopping and waste disposal, with early morning or late afternoon shifts.

This part-time post (11.25 hours per week, 52 weeks) is paid pro rata and requires a DBS check. You will work as part of a team to maintain a clean, hygienic school environment and support a culture that places children

• The successful candidate will: Work as part of a team cleaning designated areas within the schools to ensure they are maintained in a clean and hygienic condition.

LOCATION: Thorns Collegiate Academy

POST: Cleaner

GRADE: Band A, SCP 2 £24,413 per annum pro rata(actual salary £6,598 per annum)

HOURS: 11.25hours per week (5.45am-8am or 3:15pm-5:30pm Monday to Friday), 52 weeks
