Job summary

Avove Utilities is seeking a Delivery Manager to oversee the safe and efficient delivery of clean water works for the Yorkshire Water account from the Brighouse Depot. You will manage teams, resources and client relationships while driving performance, cost control and customer service.

Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will ensure programmes are achievable, aligned with SLAs and compliant with safety standards, while fostering a customer-focused culture and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in clean water mains renewals or diversions.
• IOSH Safety Certificate required.
• Street Works Supervisor card required.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Review work programme and schedules to meet targets.
• Lead site management, schedulers and delivery partners.
• Monitor budgets and cost against forecast while driving productivity.
• Carry out regular site visits ensuring HSEQ compliance.
• Coordinate labour, plant, fleet, and materials.
• Manage team performance and deliver staff briefings.
• Act as point of contact for Yorkshire Water and authorities.
• Close out defects within agreed timescales and oversee compliance reporting.
