Service Delivery Manager (Water Distribution)

Job Description:

• Lead the Water Distribution team at Yorkshire Water, ensuring excellent service delivery and regulatory compliance.
• Manage partner relationships, oversee operational issues, and drive continuous improvement in service performance.
• Lead on health and safety standards, performance management, and strategic risk mitigation.
• Coordinate with operational and customer management teams to optimize service quality and efficiency.

Location: Bradford / Hybrid (2-3 days in the office per week)

Work Type: Permanent, 37 hours/week, Monday-Friday.
