Job summary

Capgemini Invent in the UK seeks a Claude Strategy & Governance Consultant to shape enterprise AI strategy, governance, and FinOps for Anthropic’s Claude implementations. Translate roadmaps into governance, cost controls and scalable practices for client environments.

You will lead client workshops, manage small consulting teams, and deliver high-quality recommendations while building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across Capgemini Invent.

Qualifications

• Professional degree or above in a relevant field.
• Hands-on experience with Generative and Agentic AI solutions, Claude in particular.
• Strong ability to govern AI programs, secure and scale deployments.

Responsibilities

• Drive client workshops and transformation workstreams.
• Manage small consulting teams and workstreams.
• Develop high-quality client deliverables and recommendations.
• Facilitate discussions with business, technology and change stakeholders.
• Translate complex AI concepts into practical business outcomes.
• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.
