Kibble seeks a dedicated classroom support worker to help learning and teaching within the school setting. You will prompt positive changeover times and assist with transitions from residential/day units to class, ensuring a safe learning environment.
As part of a fixed-term 12-month role, you will support pupils to meet targets, maintain discipline, and liaise with residential care workers to share up-to-date information on pupil progress.
This post is fixed-term for 12 months.

To support learning and teaching within the classroom setting. To encourage self-discipline in young people through acting as a prompt at changeover times within the school timetable and in moving from residential/day unit to class.
Successful candidates will require a level of fitness to be able to carry out SCM. Please see note section below (4) for further information.
The SCM training will consist of two days theory and two days physical training. The successful candidate must complete this training in full within four weeks of an agreed start date. Should the candidate for any reason fail any aspect of the SCM training (theory, physical or both parts), an additional two weeks will be given to pass.
