Job summary

Milk Education is seeking enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to support pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 in Primary Schools across Sunderland, South Tyneside, Gateshead, North Tyneside and Durham. Roles include 1:1 and small group support, assisting with phonics, literacy and numeracy, supporting pupils with SEND, and promoting positive behaviour while working alongside teachers.

Full-time and part-time opportunities with competitive pay and access to CPD.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in a professional setting within the last 5 years.
• Teaching Assistant experience is desirable.
• Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is desirable.
• Experience supporting SEND pupils is advantageous.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A positive, reliable and adaptable approach.
