Job summary

Sir Christopher Hatton Academy in Wellingborough is seeking a Classroom Supervisor to join our team. This term-time role covers 30 hours 25 minutes each week over 39 weeks per year, with an actual salary band outlined below.

You will be responsible for ensuring work set by the teacher is completed, managing classroom behaviour and motivating pupils across the curriculum. This role does not involve lesson planning and supports a healthy work‑life balance.

NJC Scale Point 7 – 11 (£27,274 to £29,071 FTE)

(Actual Salary £19,359 to £20,635 per annum)
